Effective December 17, 2017, the following documents have been updated:

  • Document Completion Instructions Simplii Collateral 5722 has been added
  • 10529 Instructions to Solicitor
  • 11701 – Form 16.1 – Schedule to form part of the Mortgage has been removed
  • 10800 Mortgage/Charge form has been removed. Please visit the Manitoba Land Title website to access the Smart Form
