  • Canadian passport (take a picture of the photo and signature pages)
  • Certificate of Indian Status Card

  • Canadian Forces ID
  • Firearms Possession and Acquisition Licence

  • Vehicle ownership or insurance statement
  • Government cheque or stub
  • Municipal Tax Notice
  • Canada Pension Plan (CPP)/Québec Pension Plan (QPP) Statement
  • Statement of E/I Benefit (T4E)
