You can bring one of the following photo IDs with signature that has the same address as what you gave us:
- Provincial driver's license
- Provincial photo ID card
Or, you can use any of these with a proof of address:
- Canadian passport
- Certificate of Indian Status Card
- Canada Permanent Resident Card
- Canadian Forces ID
- Firearms Possession and Acquisition License
- Driver’s license (if the address doesn’t match your application)
